Which solutions from Sporty are included under the Touch NZ agreement?

Touch NZ is meeting the costs for all modules to receive the following solutions from Sporty:

  • Team Entry & Player Registration forms - the team entry process for your module. Team managers can add players directly to their team or send players a link to register themselves. Modules can display the player registration form for those players who are not part of a team. For modules using SKED, teams entered become visible for including in draws. 
  • SuperCRM Member Manager - the customer relationship management software branded as 'SuperCRM' that is used for contact management, reporting and communication. Modules can communicate with their members directly from the SuperCRM as well as use this area to manage and report on their membership database. ​​​​​​​
  • SKED Competition Manager - 'SKED' competition management system that is used for the management of game draws, results and standings.
  • MyTouch Manager app for live scoring - ​​​​​​​the Touch NZ "MyTouch Manager" app. When fixtures are created in SKED, they become available to team administrators and scorers for submission of team sheets and scoring events (replacing paper team cards). Games in progress appear as live scoring in the public view of the draw. Results are automatically updated as the game is scored live. Game Event Reporting is available.
  • ​​​​​​​Xero/MYOB Integration - modules can integrate with Xero or MYOB.


What other solutions might Modules still wish to pay Sporty for seperately?

  • Website design/redesign.
  • Custom mobile apps with module/provincial branding.
  • Email volumes that exceed these free 'Fair Use' limits.
  • Graphic design services.
  • Extra support (eg weekly check-ins, operational advice).
  • Creation of content (eg writing news articles, drafting eNewsletters, creating or copying website content).
  • Cleansing/de-duplication of historical databases collated outside Sporty.
  • Import of historical databases collated outside Sporty.
  • Ad hoc training sessions (eg one-on-one training beyond the group training webinars we provide).
  • Integration with third-party software.
  • eCommerce payment processing.
